WA state buyers beware!

The State Patrol nics system has been down since June 2nd. Background checks cannot be completed and buyers are unable to get their firearm from their FFL.

Some FFL's will release after 10 business days. Most will not. Ask your FFL or it can be a long summer with your new handgun siting in your FFL's dining room.

  Mine has no problem releasing if the delay goes past 10 days.
