    So he is giving 30 days to appeal his decision? Then off to 9th Circuit and they will kick it over to US Supreme Court and they will probably refuse to take it on after languishing for 5-10 years. Wished I could get excited for gunners in Ca. but living in NY for a little longer i have seen how things move slowly or not at all.--------------------------------Ray

    In response to the California supreme court upholding the American constitution, Товарищ Newsom stated that “Comparing an AR-15 to a Swiss army knife is a disgusting slap in the face to those who have lost loved ones to gun violence.”

    In California, murder by knife occurs seven times more often than murder by rifle. Rather than being outraged by a decision to uphold the constitution, he should be outraged by his own ignorance.

    As I see it, most leftists feign ignorance. The truth doesn't play into their total control agenda.

    you can bet the farm the left is pulling no stops to get it back in play before the 30 days is up .

    with that said at least its a victory and at least one Judge who I would buy a cup of coffee for has shown common sense above the BS

    The thought of this going to the SCOTUS scares me.

    If the justices use the US CONs as a guide, decision would be 9-0 upheld.

    If we are lucky, they wont hear the case.
