This week will be a slim run....one worker at competition another worker's mom in ER

I had planned for this week to be difficult to deal with because we are short one person and she does the shipping, so we all had to work together to match up FFLs and create the labels for everything while doing our other tasks. She is gone for two weeks, taking a group of kids she coaches to a youth shooting competition.

So, a day of our normal schedule was spent dealing with shipping that is normally done by her. Day two comes.....and another employee gets a call, his mother has fallen. Its not good, she has dementia and is getting less and less able to be left alone. So, we are trying to figure out how to keep our normal load of work and have things where he can handle what is going on there.

We should be back to our normal schedule next week and a lot more will be done....but this week is looking pretty pitiful as far as accomplishing anything.
