Your on file credit card shouldn't have anything to do with being able to bid/buy something, since the money is collected by the seller. IIRC, it seems that I had the same issue awhile back, and it seems that the buyer only took gunbroker pay, or something like that, and I wasn't an established member with that payment method. What do they list as accepted payment methods?

As above or the seller "blocked" you from the past?

If your on file CC has in fact expired you should edit/update the info to be current.

    Go to 'My GunBroker'

    Account

    Billing

    Credit card

One time it allowed me to just edit the expiration date with out a problem. Another time I had to 'add new CC' even though it was the same one, then go back a remove the original one with expired date. Good luck.

The buyer listed personal checks and credit cards. The credit card wasn't expired my bank was hacked and numbers were changed.
