Patience. GB customer support is backed up right now. Don't refile the support request as that will move you back to the bottom of the stack.

I’ve been waiting on some reloading bullets I won and paid for back in March. The seller sent my payment confirmation and USPS tracking. It went to Yipsilanti, Mich., and is now lost. The sellers refuses to follow up with USPS, says it’s my problem. F’d him on the feedback.

Good luck. It took me forever to get my money back that GB owed me. Thankfully I paid with a CC or I would never have gotten it back. They have the worst customer service of anyone I've ever dealt with.
