You have to follow the non paying bidder process exactly as they have laid out ( for good reason), then you will get refunded for your fees and tax from the first listing.

I have just discovered they charged me tax twice in the sale to OH that never happened. They're now saying I owe an additional 214 dollars for the relist, sale, and shipping to NC when the rifle finally sold, yet at this point GunBroker has stolen 300 dollars from me.

If you follow the non paying bidder process, the tax will show up as a refund on your account. I've had a few and they've all shown as refunds eventually.

As shootuadeal, and Locust Fork mentioned, DID YOU, or DID YOU NOT file a non paying bidder claim, or did you just relist the firearm? As already mentioned, you have to follow the non paying bidder steps EXACTLY. If you took it upon yourself to just relist the firearm, then you are out of luck and owe that money.
