Natural Bridge Virginia-Pic
We were on the way home from Niagara and decided to stop at Natural Bridge Virginia.
Pictures and words just can't describe the awesomeness of this place. The road goes over the Arch as well.
We lucked up and got to stay at the historic Natural Bridge Hotel, Food was excellent, room was just renewed and price was right.

Nice I was there just a few months ago.

A few years ago, a large chunk of rock fell from the arch and killed a woman. I believe Thomas Jefferson once owned the surrounding property.

So, it's Jefferson's fault. Somehow.
Well.....Yeah.....He was a rich white patriarch ya know.....

Mr. Bill, glad to see you are looking fit as a fiddle and enjoying life again with the Mrs. after your stay in the hospital a few months ago. Looks like the good Lord is looking after you.

Thanks Greg, other than being skinny you can't look at me and tell what I've been through. If you look close you can see the gash in the neck where they took the lymph nodes.
I get winded real easy, and it takes a long time to climb stairs, I rest at each landing.
I have to pick my activities more carefully to schedule around eating and resting but I've made a commitment to myself to live as long as the good lord leaves me here and try to see some cool stuff.
I pray that you and June get to celebrate your next anniversary and that the burden of illness is lifted from both of you.
