Getting surgery tomorrow

Getting surgery tomorrow. Having disk 3 thru 7 possibly replaced. Not sure how many yet. Till the doctor gets inside. Can't stand the pain anymore. Doctor said i was candidate for replacement disk. Got to get it done. Say a small prayer please. Thanks guys. Mike

    You didn't specify lower back or neck, but the treatments have come a long way since I had several disks removed and fused with cadaver bone in 2007 in my neck, it has never been 100% but 90 is good enough for me, prayers you do as well or better and just follow the recovery instructions and do the therapy. Hang in there it will be all good!

    Made it through hurts like heck. They replaced the dics in my neck. Not sure how long in hospital. Thanks so much guys

    Glad you made it through that part, Mike. Hopefully the recovery goes along without a hitch and any physical therapy you have to do is not too painful.

    I'm sure the recovery will be a long haul. Just remember to take it slow and don't damage the repair! Lumbar discetomy took me about 1.5 months to mostly recover, almost a year to fully recover. I'm sure yours was WAY more invasive, so BE PATIENT and be careful. Update us when you recover some. I AM VERY INTERESTED IN YOU PAIN RELIEF AFTERWARDS.

    Michael is a heck of a good guy. I won one of his auctions before he had his surgery. I told him not to worry about it, just get healed he said it would ship Thursday and I got it today. I’m sure he has some help, but he fulfilled his promise even during his procedure. He is a credit to the gunbroker community.
