Realtor text me with a full price offer on a rental house. Looking at agreement this afternoon.

14 Days.. I had a conventional loan only , however yesterday I had the realtor change it to FHA or USDA financing. No concessions , help from me to get them in the home. She text they are asking for no help.

I am totally satisfied with selling it for asking price . I bought it foreclosed from the bank. Cleaned it up, new carpet, flooring, paint, redone bathroom, new roof and flipped it for a clear 70-75k profit after capital gains. Now out looking for some more homes to flip.

No worries it's your decision, I'm just saying I have family and friends that are realtors in multiple states and everything they list is selling usually in less than two weeks and above asking price, they are making a killing sellers market which doesn't happen all that much so it is good for them after so many other not so good years.

Waiting on the market to cool down... about in a yr or so when foreclose homes come back on the market again in a cycle. There will be a glut again on foreclosures. Banks sell them cheap .
