Well that was a fun call

Earlier today I got one of those stupid spam texts offering to buy a house I don't own. I responded saying I was ready to sell and they just called me.


I literally have no idea where the property is (apparently it's a 5 bedroom 3 bath house) but they are drafting up an offer right now and should be mailing the paperwork to the address (which they curiously asked me for... I told them um... you have it.).


I hope whoever owns it wants to sell, because I'm pretty eager to get $350,000 for it, like we discussed.

    I got one in the mail today. They offered me $14,000 for 17 acres. Tax assessment is $74,000. They requested I make a counter offer.

    Get a phone with the ability to block numbers. We have a set made by Panasonic. When someone calls you that you have blocked the phone will only ring once. We get so many scam calls that we have to dump all the numbers 3 times a year and start over.

    I wish I knew. It's just a street address and a pretty generic one at that. Of course they thought my name was Kenneth too.

    I got a similar letter from I think were the same knotheads.....they offered me 56K for my my North field of 81 acres of decent farm ground...


    Don't think so....but they must get enough old or desperate folks to make the mailing worthwhile.....😡
