Why CHOP collapsed so soon.

They barged into someone else's neighborhood and took honest shopkeepers' shops.

If they had stayed home, and gone to work and paid rent, they would have been left in peace longer.

Then the crime would have gone out of control and they would have realized why they needed the US.

Plus who would want to leave the US to go maintain their buildings and stock the stores if they could lose their life and possessions and have no way to call the police?
