GB taking sales tax automatically
I'm a very occasional seller/buyer. I sold a firearm to a guy in NV - NV law states that an "occasional seller" is not privy to the sales tax for firearms in NV, yet GB automatically is billing me for the tax. I have sent in three emails to support and I have yet to get a response from GB - SUPPORT SUCKS!
GB's tax policy is not legal - period, full stop.
GB - please respond...

Wait until we tell you about the new Compliance fee and what that is being used for lol.
You could always start your own gun auction site with hundreds of thousands of participants and set your own rules.
In all honesty I think GB was forced into this and I as a seller am happy that they take the burden of figuring out taxes owed off of sellers and do it automatically for us.
