The American Empire has expired due to incompetence and poor leadership with Congress and The Presidency. You can start back in the early 1950's when Truman took out Mac Arthur and put in Mark Clark in with an armistice in The Korea War. Then going into The Civil Vietnam War, next Dealing with Red China with Trade deals, and finally going into Iraq and Afghanistan.
