Looks like one of them survival holsters. That, and a bottle of water, and you're good for a few days.

A pancake does a better job of concealing the weapon. Less printing when out and about.

I was out jogging with my new Subway brand Survival Codpiece/Holster and lost so much weight it slipped 90° to my hip.
It should be obvious as being right handed, it would be next to impossible to draw from that orientation.
I am chagrined that a photo was taken and placed upon the interweb showing such an epic failure in readiness.
