The John Lewis Voting Rights Act is a constitutional power grab to take power from states and federalize elections.
They named it after a civil rights leader to gain public sympathy and momentum. Main Stream Media and Hollywood Elites are in the full propaganda mode spreading lies.
Most of the laws proposed by this DEMOCRAT congress this year illustrate their contempt of the US Cons and desire to establish a Marxist state.
If the courts do their job, none of this garbage would pass the Constitutional tests.

What do you suppose the chances are that "the courts will do their jobs"? Even if they do, this addled half wit potus and the demon controlled congress have no problem thumbing their noses at scotus, as with the eviction moratorium.

If they followed the US Cons like they swore an oath to, the proposed laws would go no where, but like you suggest the DEMOCRATs would do as they wish and ignore the courts.
DEMOCRATs have a long history of showing disdain for the 3 branches of government and separation of powers. That is unless they side with them.
Courts rule if laws pass the constitutional test, but its up to the DOJs to enforce laws. Biden then merely directs the DOJ to back off. Immigration laws have not been enforced since Taliban Joe took over.....so in the end it does not matter if courts do their job.
