Today in pics
Gathered a few eggs. Harvested some elderberry. Had a bottle of wine in a nostalgic glass, yes you read that correctly, I indulged in the entire bottle of cheap wine. Washed and set up the crystal barware. Chased the granddaughters around the house and now enjoying a sip on the deck.

If you're an Army Intelligence gal, WTH don't you have a clear glass cover over those irreplaceable drinking glasses?
One good earthquake and you'll be kicking yourself for months. Trust me.

If we have a large one, the crystal will be the least of my worries. I live near the New Madrid fault line. We have small ones on a regular basis. A big one and the entire house might disappear. We also have si k holes which appear at random in the area. Probably after effects of the quakes combined with limestone caverns.
