Is this legal or Did I Miss Something?

I assume Locust Fork knows the regulations. Still I wonder. The description doesn't say whether any of the barrel is rifled or not. It did state the gun is an antique and can be shipped direct. In another area it is stated that an FFL is needed. Is there an exemption for antiques or 22s?

She has it listed as an antique so I'm gonna guess it was made before 1898 and not considered a modern firearm. Doesn't have to follow the regulations if considered an Antique.

If manufactured prior to 1-1-1899, it is not a firearm, it is an ANTQUE firearm, and not subject to the 1934 National Firearms Act or the 1968 Gun Control Act.
I have a tiny 6 shot 22 short, marked Robin Hood that is smoothbore, and made in 1894. If not for that, would be an AOW and require a $5 tax stamp.
