Well after all they just passed the bill that said that the kids no longer had to pass reading or math to graduate High school. It is easier for politicians and liberal activists like PETA to fool and control ignorant people. So I bet this isn't even close to the last really stupid thing that you'll see coming up for a vote in what used to be beautiful Oregon. Bob

Early 90's the Calif libtards passed a ban on black bear hunting. Two years later, if you bought a deer tag, you could get a bear tag for $1. You can't fix stupid.

I surely hope that some of those ignorant folks go to the next world via being killed by an animal. Karma is a real animal .

It also criminalizes "slaughter for food". I want to see how they feel when there is no local meat in the supermarkets, and none in restaurants.

Nothing on the west coast surprises me anymore.

But, but, but... I don't believe in killing animals for food. That's why I buy all my meat at the grocery store where they grow it in those little plastic packages.😀Bob

DEMOCRATs control the state meaning there is a likelihood it will pass.

This will be going up before the voters. Same thing happened in '94 when they (the people of Oregone) voted to end the hunting of cougars and bears with dogs and/or bait. Cat population skyrocketed. I wonder how the city slicker hippies are gonna feel when bambi starves to death in their front yard due to overpopulation. Worse yet will be when the wild ungulate populations crash and the apex predators (currently cougars, wolves, and bears) start eating little Fi-fi the poodle and Clarence the cat, maybe even little junior on his way to/from school.

Dumb bass tards never think past the feeling that happens to float to the top for that particular day.

Drove from Boise, Idaho to Spokane the other day, and Highway 84 passes through Baker City. Somewhere around there I saw a "Black Lives Matter" billboard facing the highway. I had to wonder why it was so important to advertise that in such a rural community. I think Oregon has been next door to the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia for too many years.

I am truly glad God has allowed me to remain here on Earth for the time being, however I never thought I would live to see all the craziness we have now.

Fellow that owns thousands of acres of timber and a pie shaped slice of 10.8 acres across the dirt road from us just had it clear cut so we sent him a letter asking to buy the 10 acre piece. We are hoping for a similar outcome as when we offered a forester on a 9 acre unattached piece, his comment was sure its more trouble to move the equipment over then it was worth.

The Fellow on my back side just died suddenly from Covid, he has 62 acres in separate lots, the wife is friendly with his wife but we will wait and feel things out to make her an offer on the 6.2 acre triangle behind us.

Both additions would give us a total of about 41 acres, can we secede with that?

I've seen that billboard in Baker. I was in La Grande, you had to drive right through it on your way to Spokane. Thank God and U-Haul we were able to escape!

Biden won the last election with 56% of the vote. Trump got 40%. There are 25% more registered DEMOCRATs than GOP in Sep 2020.

With those numbers and DEMOCRATs anti gun stance out in the open, I would be concerned.

Have friends in the burbs of Portand and they are leaving as soon as they retire,

"My younger brother finally moved from Grants Pass, back to Spokane well over a year ago."

He dumped gubner brown for gubner inslee?? That's kinda like hiding from Ted Bundy, in Jeffrey Dahmer's basement!

I suspect to "correct" the problem some locals will feed the animals then put up "please don't shoot the deer" signs all over the place. Actually saw that on someone's front yard in Grants Pass last year - as though you can shoot deer on someone else's property and in town. Then again, you're not supposed to feed wild animals either.

So far as controlling the critters, they'll likely spend big tax $$$ (meaning my tax $$$) on all sorts of relocating, neutering & sterilizing schemes rather than, you know - just shooting them so people can eat.

You got to use the "Uncle Jimbo" strategy. Yell "they're coming right for us" before shooting or pulling the fish out of the water.

I've got to quit saying "How dumb can you get"

The sad part is that there are a LOT of good conservative folks there but the damn libtards that have over-run the cities outnumber the good folks. The east side of the state (where I was from) is great. The west side, for the most part, is great. The dillholes that occupy the bigger cities are an issue.

Looks like they started that imitative in 2020. Think they will be able to find 112,000 people stupid enough to endorse that and still be able to sign their name by July this year?

That part is easy, but the "still be able to sign their names" part is tougher to find.
