We have almost literally no open water sources available here this summer - Exceptional Drought conditions. I put out a bird bath and between evaporation and thirsty birds, I have to refill/clean it three times a day. So far, the hummiebirds haven't used it, but they're drinking my feeders dry at about the same rate as the bath empties.
