  The local natives used to tie a tight rope around the bears neck to prevent them from swallowing their catch. They then had a BRAVE come along and pick up all of the dead fish.

  
  

  OH WAIT! I misspoke myself on this. It was the Chinese using  cormorants (fish ducks) to do this! 😁
