Good Race today
The Hungarian Grand Prix was a good race but it was wild. Big crash in the 1st turn caused by Bottas took out most of the big players.

Hungary, where it is so difficult to pass that it is typically a boring race, was anything but! Mercedes keeping Lewis on intermediate tyres rather then changing to slicks- as everyone else did- will be second guessed for years. Now the F1 circus will go on their summer vacation.

Yep. My vote for driver of the day was Bottas. He took out all the competition. I like seeing a Alpine car win and Alonso did a fine job holding off Hambone.
I would have liked to see a Ferrari in the top 3 but it was not to be.
The Belgian GP is going to be a great race. I hope Max is ready. Perez will have a new car and I am pulling for him and Max. Between the British GP and this race I would say Mercedes has done over 3 million dollars worth of damage to Red Bull cars.
All the woke crap really PO's me, the masks and all the garbage, Bernie would never have put up with that stuff.
I am looking forward to the Indy car race on Aug 08.

I just read that Vettel was DQ'ed for not having enough fuel to test..................What a bunch of crap now Louie is 2nd. I am not a Vettel fan, he had his rainbow mask and t-shirt on and he kneeled so I am not to broke up he was DQ'ed but I hate to see Louie get 2nd like that. Carlo in the Ferrari get 3rd now.

First I've heard about Vettle. It's a shame about the DQ because car issues are the fault of the team and not the driver, but as you said- rules are rules, and Vettle will lose his championship points.
Lewis has an amazing ability to find his way up on the podium- even if he was running dead last at some point during the race. Like the old saying goes: I'd rather be lucky than good. Well, Lewis is both.
My friends overseas predicted than when Liberty Media, an American mass media company, bought a controlling interest in the Formula One Group, which controls the sports commercial rights from Bernie, F1 would go PC. They proved to be correct. Bernie wanted nothing to do with making political statements. All he wanted was making money!
I had a good trip. I needed up with a flat tire and a cracked windshield on the return leg, but it was great to see my mom and my sister and her family after being away for four years. Nevertheless, it's nice to be back in Florida.
