RIP Tommy Kirk
I grew up in the "Old Yeller" generation and seeing Moochies older brother passed recently saddens me today.
Tommy added a lot to much of what the early Disney films showcased and I will not get into his later life struggles.

I always enjoyed that little rascal Kevin Corcoran in all of his early Disney performances. He reminded me of a younger brother I had who was always getting into trouble! Seeing him riding on Old Yellers back in the movie might be why! 😁
Kevin passed away a few years ago and now there is only one cast member of Old Yeller still with us. Beverly Washburn who played Lisbeth Searcy the daughter of that lazy, always showed up at dinnertime dude named Bud!

As a young boy I remember being really embarrassed while sobbing like a little girl at the end of "Old Yeller". Now I think there is something wrong with you if ARE'NT sobbing at the end of "Old Yeller".

that and the movie where the red fern grows both seem to use come on when the room was dusty
