Bill, not saying you aren’t correct on the aging as your genetics and winter range down there might assist a youngster growing a set like that, but he would have to be 8-10 years old up here.
sadly due to hunting pressure and people shooting the first young 6x6, our bulls don’t live long enough to grow a mature set. A 340-350 is a trophy in Western Wyoming and Eastern Idaho, with most “big bulls” falling in the 300-320 class.
I do know of a couple places where 380’s are pretty common, but they are limited quota and the areas managed for mature bulls.
