    👍 Good time to divest of anything that may incur capital gains tax. Changes in the tax code are probably on the way for next year. 😡 Bob

    That Cash Cow was the best investment ever. I finally decided to sell when the market was up.

    BTW.... I still own homes on lots in the area. Not selling all of the rentals so I have some side money.

    Funny I have received calls to do repairs... Tenants knew it was for sale but didn't know when it would sale. Their new Landlord has not been in contact yet.
