Maybe if there were a few more Sheriffs like this the lowlife scum would think twice;

Florida authorities released dash camera footage of a deputy-involved shooting that ended with a dead suspect who was out on bond at the time for drug trafficking cases and had multiple convictions for violent offenses, officials said Thursday.
We have a pretty good local sheriff in my neighboring county in spite of it being heavily democratic and about as liberal as is possible. My county is just the opposite with a sort of adequate Sheriff but overwhelmingly Republican and conservative. Of course our crime levels are a fraction of the next door county so I guess a just adequate Sheriff is good enough but I don't think he would stand up for his deputies like the guy in the article. He sounds like the other FL Sherriff. It was the guy that shot four people dead and then surrendered after being wounded.
Sherriff said he wished the guy had resisted more so that they could have shot him dead.
I read that the local paper runs an annual column of the Sherriff's most outrageous statements (per the paper) for the last year.

My favorite sheriff is Grady Judd of Florida. Just a wonderful example of what a sheriff should be. He puts up videos pretty often and they are always a joy to watch.

This sheriff has a history for this type of leadership. He's a great lawman, many could take note from his skillsets.
