People become easier to traffic. The police don't have the resources to protect them.

Some ghetto communities didn't have very well funded police forces as it was without defund. If you make the mistake of straying into their city, the police can lean on you to make good what it cost to protect you.

I hear it can also happen if a person tries to move into a community that doesn't need them but that everyone wants to get in to. It may be what keeps Los Angeles' pizza parlors and laundries staffed with skilled professionals instead of aspiring actresses who might undercut the "lifers" because they hope to move up to better employment.

This may be what got Scott Weiland stuck in the song "Flies in the Vasoline." He may have gone somewhere he shouldn't and got charged and could only pay it off by providing company for older women, by the looks of the video.

Anyway. I don't believe the police stoop to pimping themselves. Gangs step in to accomplish the actual pimping. In exchange for providing the service, the ghetto thugs get money and prestige.

You left out The Mexican cartels who pump illegal drugs in the country with slave trading sex rings. They don't cut off heads here yet and have Gang drug wars, but it could be coming here before long.

Especially the way Democrats police society with it violent crime by letting out repeating violent criminals numerous times on Bonds.

Al Capone on steroids, but crypto currency with stable coins will stamp all of this out ,when they wish it. Everybody is for sale in the NWO and can be cut off in an instant. https://cosm.technology/

I think I may already be 'POST HUMAN' and am somewhat proud of the accomplishment.

I'm not on trafficking in general.

Somewhere, I may have heard that sometimes the police will give people bills to cover the cost of protecting them when they stray into a dangerous community. Or, I could be wrong. I am not really sure. Anyway, they supposedly pressure people into not leaving until paid back.

That could be what the song "vasoline" by STP is about but I don't know for sure.

The less well funded the police department, the more they probably would have to do that.

I was saying maybe the ghetto heard about the practice which I assume is mostly in poorer rural communities and found a way to try to bring it to the big city where there are more people to traffic and where trafficking is likely to make more money.
