got paid to open the mail........
had letter in mail today form WVU medicine, was sent to occupant, so figured it was junk mail wanting donations or some such. It was a letter asking for me to fill out a survey and if so I would get $10. was just about to throw it away when last sentence said you can keep the two dollars even if you don't respond to the survey, I took the envelope back out of trash can and looked down in it and there was a $2 bill in the envelope! I figured if they actually sent a real $2 bill I could at least call the 800. I was immediatley put on hold for next available person, gave them 2 minutes then hung up figured it evened out to the $2 bill...........

...I toss tens of thousands of dollars in the trash every year, at least the letters say I would "make thousands of dollars a week"...so I know its true...
...I think the only "money" Ive actually received in the mail was like a quarter glued to an advertisement ...I immediatley ran to the bank and deposited it...I knew my ship would finally come in!...

Heather calls me at least once a week wants to give me $200.00 to take a survey. She only needs my bank account number to deposit the money.

Yeah, I got one of those not long ago. I gave it to my daughter to fill out. She kept the $2, and filled out the survey. They subsequently sent her $5 for doing that along with another survey and subsequently $10 for filling THAT one out. Some of the surveys were LONG tho. Like 10 pages.

I always seem to get nothing but those "atta boy" surveys from Allstate (my car & homeowner insurer). I made the mistake of answering them just one time and now keep getting bombarded at least once a month.😐️

I got a Neilson survey with a couple bucks cash in it a while back. Kept the cash, tossed the rest.
