    Finally, someone noticed that. That’s why I told ‘dpmule’ to look closer ,,,,,,,,😉

    That actually came from ‘that’ deer. The antler broke off into the skull two years ago, notice the skull button(root). From prior camera images it definitely belonged to this deer, and was saved by Son. Consequently, there was no way the deer would ever grow a correct right antler, just the freak eye guard.

    Yeah, exposing the brain pan infection would normally cause havoc in a hurry.

    Bill, I finally got to look at on my iPad and could clearly see then. On phone it looked like a split base and just the right antler lit up from camera flash.

    l’d still poked him for uniqueness.

    Here’s a Montana bull that an adopted Grandson got a couple weeks ago. He appears to have suffered damage last year also, his skull plate was possibly even broken a little as his bases were skewed.
