What is your pre-Thanksgiving Dinner???

Just made lasagna...It actually weighs 10#!!! We were supposed to have allot of company but is not to be...The two of us will be well fed...(And BEER)...

    Leftover homemade chicken with egg noodles. Just me so I rarely cook. When I do I have enough to eat for at least three days.

    Had some leftover ny steak and a Cesar salad. LSD, +1 on the chicken. I've mentioned to my bride that I could try a diet of nothing but Costco rotisserie chicken and quinoa (thank God for autofill) salad. She, of course, had to bring up the sodium and carbs I'd be consuming.

    Pizza, we have been trying cut the carbs and sugar. The pizza was a treat.

    Fry some chopped up hamburger, pour in some picante sauce, stir in a package of mac-n-cheese, and there you have it.

    Spaghetti in fried garlic sauce topped with lots of Parmesan cheese. Very simple and easy to make from my wife's Sicilian grandmother.

    Had a meatball sub and beer from my local watering hole, wife was working last night. Just put the pumpkin pie in the oven... when it is done will start getting the turkey going.
