They are going to prison for a long time, especially the dummy who had the shotgun. they will have to be in isolation or else black inmates will kill them.

Ask CNN and MSNBC and the rest of DEMOCRAT controlled media, they have already demanded charges of 1st degree murder and life without parole for all 3, If not, they and the other networks will turn loose their mobs.

I think they will spent time

but I also think every protester threating retaliation or the jury should be in the cell next to them

its not mob rules but sure seems to be minority's rule last 10 years or so

I don't think the guy filming it can be successfully convicted of murder but I don't stay at Holiday Inn's.

That said I agree they are doing time, regardless of the "suspicious" circumstances these guys were over zealous in their citizens arrest attempts and should have filmed or simply waited on the Cops for this one. No immediate threat to life until perhaps the altercation which should have been avoided.

However the armed Panther's threatening retaliation for a verdict that doesn't meet their standards needs to be dealt with harshly in my opinion. If we went after the protesters at the Capitol we need to go after these clowns too.

Looks like the jury has it now. I would be surprised if this one takes 3 days like the last.

They are going to jail. It amazes me that people don't realize what happens when you pull out a gun. I consider a handgun a defensive weapon but a shotgun and rifle are offensive weapons. So matter if your a dumb kid running around in a riot with a rifle or 3 fat rednecks with a shotgun someone is going to get killed and once that happens you cannot put the genie back in the bottle.

Lives are ruined on both sides.

Oakie, you are aware that's the area of the state you said you were moving to aren't you ? People along the coast and the outer Islands are well known to be a strange breed but living in Jersey I guess you're use to such. Glynn County has a long history of such happenings, they just kept it low profile. If any doubts just ask anyone who has been stationed a Ft. Stewart how the area is. I won't be surprised if they all walk out free, they have lots of kinfolk and friends in the area.

I saw the bl*ck panther party showed up to intimidate and cause problems. If you want to go out and shoot someone their raycist buts would be a great start.

Once the fight over the shotgun started someone was getting shot. The fact the defendant on trial used a threatening manner to introduced the shotgun to the situation makes what followed his responsibility. Yes if the dead guy hadn't went after the shotgun he would be alive, but he didn't know that and I can't blame him for trying.

Sam, some people do not own a handgun and a long gun is their only option for a defensive weapon though usually in the home or carried in a vehicle. Not that is matters in this case as it was used offensively anyway.

They made so many mistakes and took the life of the "jogger." They will do a long time for being stupid, very stupid.

Shotgun is a defensive weapon. Just ask old "step out on the back deck and fire off a few rounds" Brandon!

Sam you are right. Brandishing a rifle or a shotgun raises the temp to the boiling point and can cause bad things to happen, and quickly. Those guys in Georgia could have had a little .38 in their pocket, they accost the black kid [who, no doubt was casing the place for a future burglary] and they can see what was what. the kid would not even have known they were armed. they outnumbered him 3 to 1, he wasnt going to start a fistfight.

And we never would have heard of this incident.

I couldn't agree with you more. I have a few friends there and a few others I have talked too, and you hit the nail right on the head. NJ is nothing like Georgia, it's worse. Most who have never lived in NJ, don't know there is a big difference between North Jersey, and South Jersey. In the south, we are all farmers and very rural. North Jersey, is New York City!!!! Yes, south jersey can be very corrupt politically and otherwise. Lot's of backdoor deals done here

I think the father and son are on a one way trip, to the chicken bone express. The third guy is going to walk or get very little time or probation. JMHO. The father and son better stock up on , "Soap on a rope"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shooter and Dad I get, the stupid neighbor filming maybe guilty of something but I can't see how the jury found him guilty of murder, so if anyone is filming a incident are they guilty now too?

I have to admit to not following the case so maybe I missed something where he contributed more to the guys death?

If not mob threats rule not justice.

Now coming up in Feb. 2022 They will be tried for Federal Hate Crimes

They were guilty and the media spun it into a big thing but in my state and the city of Chicago there will be a dozen murders this weekend and black on black and there will be no non stop coverage of black man chases down black man and shoots him. Just saying, the media even had sharptongue in on this one. It's a failed system of hate laced media stoking the fires and the idiots are drinking it.

That's a law that needs to go away. Thought punishment is wrong if if we were capable of reading thoughts, which we are not.. This equates to a Jim Crow law but few can see that.

I'm glad they will pay heavily for their crimes, personally, I think the death penalty is warranted here.

I think that is weird that she has been charged as she did recuse herself. Politics with a dose of Law.

these 3 sentences will be appealed forever.....

  • allen griggs

Your chance of winning on appeal is very slim. Appeals take a long, long time and are very expensive.
