#1. Contact seller and explain. Have been on the selling end of this kind of situation a time or two and greatly appreciate up front dealing with things.
#2. Contact G.B. re: the specifics.

Once the bid is confirmed, you (the buyer) cannot retract it- except in what Gun Broker defines as exceptional circumstances, which are listed in the auction rules as being:
- The seller materially changing the description of the item after you placed a bid
- Clear typographical errors in the auction description
- A data entry mistake while bidding (for example, you bid $40,000 instead of $400)
Regardless, only the seller can request Customer Support remove a bid- and it must be done while the auction is live. You contacting the seller is the first step. Good luck. Mark C., Forum Administrator.

Thank you sir
No, thank you. As a rule, auction support questions aren't allowed in this forum, but you came in hat in hand and admitting you had made a mistake. We all make them. As a result of your good attitude, every effort was made to give you the information you needed. We can't solve auction problems (I'm not employed by Gun Broker- no one in the forum is) , but we can offer help and advice.
This thread could serve as an example of how to ask questions about the auctions. We have had guys who have come in here with such big chips on their shoulder that there was nothing we could do except to send them to...
I hope it works out for you.
