Not guilty
On all charges. Unanimous

Yeah, I’m a big supporter of mind-your- own-business.

He won the case when the Judge thru out the gun charge. Wisconsin law clearly states no one under 17 can possess a firearm unless hunting.

I still can't believe this went to trial. The kid defended himself from attack by multiple armed folks with disgusting criminal histories. And the fact he faced MURDER charges because the prosecutors succumbed to the media smearing pressure should be a warning to everyone here who carries to protect themselves. I am so thankful those 12 folks did the right thing, when it appears even THEIR lives may be put in jeopardy.
AMEN

Looting the stores
The trial was just the excuse to do it no matter the outcome crooks will be crooks

Best part of the trial was seeing him cry like a baby on the stand and at the end.

You didn't watch the trial.
Wisconsin law doesn't say that, at all.
Just another lie made up by MSM.

Dano, if we follow your statements to a logical end, you're saying that it is never acceptable to carry a gun in public at all. Further, that self-defense is wrong. I doubt you mean that.
This was, IMO, a definitive argument against open carry. Who did these thugs target? The one guy openly carrying.

948.60 Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.
Section 2A says Rittenhouse committed a misdemeanor by having the gun at the time. An unconstitutional law if you ask me.
I read the argument and the judge dismissed it. However getting a non guilty on all counts. I watched the interview on tv of a man who was related to one of the deceased. He wasn't happy. Wondering now how kyle is going to live his life..always wondering if someone is going to end his life. I would think he might be a marked man. Glad the trial is over and they didn't riot anymore afterwards.. especially since the NG was there. Only question is why weren't they there before
3 -
Well I am wondering if the families of the deceased will take civil action. OJ Simpson wasn't convicted in the criminal case however was convicted in the civil action and still owes money from that case.

you can bet the civil cases will start rolling in, I just hope he also files as many slander cases against the politicians and hollyweird rich folk to offset the civil cases..........

Remember that kid Nick Sandman from Kentucky. He sued the Washington Posted , CNN and several other media outlets, for libel and defamation . He won a settlement for $250 million.
I hope Kyle takes the same course. Biden (as a private citizen) slandered Kyle ( a minor at the time). I hope Kyle’s lawyers sue sleepy joe and the media

That's not all the Wisconsin laws related to possession of a long gun by a minor thus the dismissal. What is plain in one section is not plain in another. Judgments related to contradicting and confusing laws generally go in the favor of the accused. He would have beat this charge even if other more serious charges were not pending.

If OJ could prove via video that Nichole had hit him in the head with a skateboard, he would owe nothing.

Now its time to start suing people and I would start with FJB. It would be my goal to destroy and crush every person who call me anything prejudicial.
The trial was a farce, the ADA lied and misled and the jury saw right through it.

It’s curious how all the people that are demanding “justice” are also ignoring the FACT that he is innocent. He was not proved guilty.
Justice is a 2 edged sword.

In reality his life is ruined. Those that still think he is a hero when actually his life is a zero.

Yeah.. but he is going to be a very.. very wealthy zero..if he chooses to be..

I hope the young man chooses to move on with his life.
This was obviously a very dramatic and disturbing chapter, but if he chooses the high road, and doesn't get caught up in the monetary mindset, hopefully he'll be just fine.
I wish him the best in his future.

He can move to SW Virginia and have a good life. No one will mess with him. It was said that he wants to be a nurse. That profession is in demand around here.

It's funny how there are alot of cry babies that think he should be in jail. They don't like the outcome. But it's ok to have kids shot and killed, people robbed, expressway shootings and a armored truck guard shot and killed in Chicago. But no marching over that!!!

It's funny how everyone wants our country back, stand up for our rights, we have had enough, ect ect. Why doesn't someone do something?
I believe there has been several of someones doing something. And each one has been torn down by brother citizens, patriots, gun supporters, even after they are found unanimously NOT guilty .

That's right Joe! Rittenhouse did what few others (myself included) had the courage to do but should have been doing from the early stages of this lawlessness sweeping through our country.

Spot on, Joe.

"I'd never suggest that teens take up arms to combat the lawlessness flooding our country."
You're absolutely right! I wouldn't suggest that either. It's truly a sad day when teens feel obligated to take up the tasks that MEN and law enforcement are unwilling to tackle. May God forgive us for putting teenagers in that position.

OK I believe this horse has been beat enough... The Kid was found not guilty as was correct for the situation imho. Those of you that just can't accept that need to get over yourselves... again imho. IBTL!

Like I've stated I feel bad for those involved with the exception of the two at the car lot that confronted then chased Rittenhouse. Rosenbaum needed shot and should have known his risk. I would not know as I can't read his mind but I'm of the opinion he thought he was going after a weak sister. I think he intended to seriously harm or kill the boy when he found him isolated. He had stated those intentions earlier in the night.
Huber, who was also killed, used a skate board to attack an armed shooter. Again I can't read his mind. But to me it seems he thought Rittenhouse was a threat and he took action. I've already stated Rittenhouse was under attack and had the right to fight back with lethal force. That doesn't change what Huber thought was happening and his actions to intervene. I feel bad for Huber and his family. Though he may not have been someone I would want to be around that doesn't change that he was willing to risk himself in defense of others. Again that's my opinion.
The third man that got shot can speak for is own thoughts. He is certainly not someone I would spend time with. I'm glad for him and his family he isn't dead as he certainly could have been
The man that stomp Rittenhouse in the head is lucky the shots missed. Again he can speak for himself.
