    Only if the jury pool is in your political sphere of influence now. Especially If some people think that asking for I.D. is racist for voting. Objectivity and fairness is in the eye of the beholder. Justice under the law is various shades of gray now and is not black and white anymore.

    One man's freedom fighter is anthers man's terrorist before long.Bet on it especially when hyperinflation hits.

    I respectfully disagree. If thesystem worked, the prosecution would have not bowed to the woke mob and never let this case come to trial.

    Agreed, jimdeere.

    Rittenhouse killed a child rapist who threatened to kill him, a person who served jail time for two separate assaults on family members and who attacked him with a skateboard, and wounded a professional protestor and member of a radical leftist group who was pointing a pistol at him.

    The prosecutors should be fired, disbarred, and forced to pay court costs out of their own pockets.

    There is some speculation from other attorneys that the prosecutors will have to answer for their tactics and antics, especially when they attempted to use the right to remain silent against the defendant.

    Coerce is used all the time in law enforcement.Police can even lie to suspects under investigation rules.

    Yes but not in court and especially not in front of a jury. The judge was totally correct slapping down the prosecutor for incorrectly trying to influence the jury. The prosecution had nothing and tried to compensate by raising a red herring. Bob
