  There is a better chance of this being decided by emotion and the media than by what is legal.

  Well in Wisconsin it is illegal to possess a rifle at 17 unless you are hunting. So he was on the streets on kenosha hunting ? makes sense. I also read that Mr, Black who gave him the rifle is up for prosecution after the trial .
