    I’ve been a Braves fan since 1982. Back when every game was on TBS and Skip Carey, Ernie Johnson, et al. we’re the announcers. They were so bad, Carey would be drunk by the 7th inning and you never heard from him after that. There would be maybe 4000 people in the stands.

    On the rare occasion that the Braves would hit a home run, Chief Nokahoma would come out of his teepee and do a war dance.

    I remember buying $4 tickets and being asked to sit behind homeplate so the TV audience would think the stadium was full due to the TBS camera operators shots/angles 😊. Out in the sticks where we lived there was no cable T.V so my favorite memories are of laying in bed and listening to their radio broadcast each game....which even today I prefer while watching on it on T.V.
