OK :

Daughter and Son in Law spent most of yesterday ( and some late hours ) and got my "paperwork" process done for my SSI ! got along confirmation type call from SSI this afternoon , will ( ??? ) start receiving s check in Dec. ,,, at least that cluster is done ! What a mess !!! Thanks to all for the prayers ! I feel a lil better each day with a few bad times in between !

  Holy smokes, that is about the quickest I ever heard of SSI payments being approved. You must have had all your ducks in a row for sure. Sorry you need to take advantage of the benefits but congrats on getting it done. Bob

  SSI on Average is 1 year from filing.

  I applied first week of october and was approved on christmas eve! one of best christmas presents ever.........

  I applied over the Net., very prompt, simple as could be for me....wish all Government agencies worked that fast but sadly they don't. Edit: Congratulations to you, many never get to see a penny paid in.
