The future of American hunters
This young man has been hunting on my place since he was 15. He’s 22, now. He came to my house about 7 years ago and after a lot of uncomfortable hem and haw, asked me to let him hunt.
I’m not so envious of the deer he kills, more so his ability to grow a beard that is all one color.
He works every day and builds up comp time for hunting season.

Hope you get an occasional backstrap out of that deal.

Yep, there squats the future. My hope is that when his beard starts to gray he will have a son/daughter to carry on his love of chasing Whtetails and the great outdoors. i am glad that part of dad rubbed off on me.
Teach a child to hunt/fish and you most likely will never have to visit him/her in prison.---Ray
