New Christmas addition to the butcher shop
A chamber vacuum sealer.
We butcher multiple deer, an odd hog, a bunch of broiler chickens, and other meat we buy in bulk.
I've never been able to keep a Food Saver working for more than a few months.
Pretty excited to put up this year's harvest.

Showed up today at 3:30, via UPS.
1000 12x13 bags, and 1000 10x10 bags, both 5 mill, showed up a couple days ago.

A few bags came with it.
Sealed a 6"x8" bag of water, to try it out.
Then froze it
I'm like a kid on Christmas morning...
