Surgery setback

Toatal knee replacement on dec 8. Staples removed today . Parts of the incision were not completely healed so they sewed the whole thing up again .leaving the sutures in place for another 2 weeks. Doc says other than this i am doing great. Excellent stability and range of motion is really good. Happy to be doing this well so not too upset about a minor setback

  The best part is the doctor saying you're "doing great" and the fact that you understand this is a "minor setback". We'll be praying for a quick and complete healing on that bionic knee.

  Had both mine replaced at the same time several years ago. Wish I'd had it done sooner.

  Had both done in 2020, Feb. and July. Followed the rehab to the letter, and now walking at least a mile a day (weather permitting), and walking without pain again. I'm 76, and thankful for my decent health.
