"Had a customer buy 12 pistols on a on line auction, he had them sent to me for the transfer. My question is do I need to do a multiple pistol form or would the auction company be responsible for that?"

Not knocking any of the fine upstanding 01 Dealer FFLs that hang out here- BUT-
I have held an 03 C&R FFL since 1976. And I STILL find Dealers that have no idea what an 03 is, what it covers, no I don;t need a 4473, thanks, no, I don't need a background check. How do I know that gun is older than 50 years? (Because the company that MADE it went out of business in 1906) Yes, will gladly give you my ID so you can verify that IS my FFL. Need to verify FFL, phone the ATF. I DO have 3 LGSs that have a copy of my FFL on file.

It was on a Facebook forum visited mainly by Type 01 FFL holders. He asked the group at large.
