I'm afraid you guys are right - no jail time. Fines mean little to a guy that makes around $2M/yr. That job is over though I believe. If I'm wrong, and he does spend some time I'll advise him to never pickup the soap.

I worked in and around the courts in Illinois for over 30 years before retiring and getting the heck out of there......without a record he is unlikely to see any prison time...In Cook County, five felony convictions does not even make him a bad guy.
