this one is mostly a 10-22
it even uses my 10-22 magazines/clips

The first shot was usually a flyer out of every ten shots
wind was blowing pretty good too maybe I can fine tune in the future when not so windy

Shows potential! I have heard mostly positive comments about the Magnum Research 10/22 clones. I have never got the best accuracy out of any of the hyper velocity rounds in any of my 22 rifles. With that experience I ordered a Bentz chamber in the McGowen barrel I put on my 10/22 build. That chamber is not for rounds like the Stingers and other hyper velocity ammo. I figured since I wasn't going to use them anyway, why not get a little tighter chamber? Other than some of the super expensive target stuff, most of my rifles like high velocity Aguila, CCI, Winchester and Federal, in that order. I'll bet if you find a load it really likes you will be surprised just how tiny your groups are. Congrats on your new toy. Bob

Try CCI standard velocity and be impressed. Supersonic rounds do not shoot as well as std. velocity in most guns.

I hunt with my 22's so a first round flyer would be bad. Hope you can find the right combo and get rid of that.

I reckon I can fire one round and then have 9 more to hunt with
