Not too sure about the person trying to get a good video of the whole thing.... If that Accord popped out or pieces were flying off of it, I certainly would not wish to be close to the action !!
Our family owned a trucking company for many years and I drove 18 wheelers quite often from an early age. I can remember hearing loose chains dragging the pavement and pulling over. HOW on Earth does one miss the sound of a car being dragged under the trailer ??....

I thought the same thing.
I'm guessing the driver had ear buds in or noise canceling head set.
