What is the latest. Can I ship 22 mag ammo to a private buyer in New York state??? Thanks. Jp

  Ammo must be shipped to FFL in NY per the Safe Act of 2013. There are online sellers that don't care, and will ship to NY thus breaking the law.

  Makes you feel really safe now. I shipped some old obsolete rather valuable ammo to New York a few ago and didn't know that such a "law" existed. Ignorance is no excuse but could not believe that actually was fact.😐️
