Probably wouldn't hurt to give it a try... I'd stay away from the ones with the fruit at first, maybe work your way up to it by just eating the plain greek at first...🤣

Big difference between Yoga and Yogurt. Yogurt tends to expulse the colon contents very rapidly. And not in an orderly manner.

First thing is find a good instructor. Then take private lessons at least for a while. It is the same as learning to shoot. If you are in a class of 20 people with one instructor, it will take a lot of classes to get what you will get out of ten one hour private classes. Yoga was the best thing I have ever done for my body. It will make you stronger, much more flexible, and your balance will improve as well. Go for it!! Oh, there may be some very good looking ladies there too.

    I'd probably just embarrass myself.

I may try yoga, just to see if I look as good in the pants as the women! Don

This morning I engaged heavily in 'pitchfork yoga'. An hour of this activity in below zero temps is well beyond invigorating.

I went to PT for pain in my lower back last year. I spent 6 weeks or so going through lots of exercises/stretches that really helped me a lot. A lot of them are Yoga stretching. I still do them, and no debilitating back issues so far.

You have to do the yoga and goats routine.

"You have to do the yoga and goats routine."

That's where the pitchfork part came in--feeding 60 head of someone else's goats.

I've done yoga and piyo and neither is my cup of tea, but they have their place in a balanced workout regimen.

If all you want is balance strength and stretching martial arts might be an option you would look into.

If it wasn't for my idiot brother I would consider that. He took that up and made an absolute fool of himself wherever he went. It finally got so bad I disinherited him. For that reason, I think I'll stick with yoga.

Thank you for the suggestion though.
