I had one for 13 1/2 years. He got diabetes and I had to have him put sleep, one of the hardest things I ever had to do. It is ok to cry, I cried like a baby. I’m sorry for your loss.

tough deal ...we lost our rescue buddy of 10.5 years...minpin/terrier and got another rescue bud to take her place...straight minpin, wife knew the minute that we saw it was the one...some things happen so odd that it cannot be chance....now have 2 rescue dogs and 4 rescue cats ...they are all welcome inside and last we weighed one tom cat he weighed 15 lbs .....these buddies have helped us thru some tough times...there is a lady in Gt Bend Kansas that runs a rescue for dogs and she DESERVES a medal for the work she does...called Chasing Tails....GOD bless her..
