Larry is in the dog house.....and he doesn't even know......
I drove to Florida and back Friday/Saturday....nearly 20 hours of driving in two days. We got to our hotel at nearly 2am, slept 5 hours, and got back home at 2am last night. I woke up at 10am and got some coffee, sat down next to Larry in the livingroom and his first words to me was "are you going to take down YOUR Christmas tree today?"
I've been chewing him out in my head for the past two hours.

My wife took down our Christmas. Put it in a box until next Christmas. I did not ask her to do it as I would have received the same status that Larry is in.
I should mention that it is a big ceramic one my mother made when she had her ceramic studio in 1968.

It was.....a few from each person I met down there. It was nice to get out with my daughter too. She came and I left her at the beach while I did some of my meetings. Its an odd feeling to go from 20 degrees to 78 in less than 12 hours.

Hmmm, my wife left yesterday to go play grandma for 3 weeks. She took down most of the inside decorations, but it looks like it will be my job to pack up the porch decorations she put up - including a tree. Sneaky! But otherwise, I have 3 weeks of peace & quiet.

I enjoyed our visit. Hopefully, Tori didn't completely fill your SUV with all of her garage sale treasures. Floridians thank her for emptying their garages of junk, and also thank you transporting it out of the Sunshine State and into Alabama!

I had a very nice time! Thank you for making the effort to get your neighbor's guns to me.
My daughter found a HUGE lamp....some "vintage" clothes....and a few other treasures. I found a chicken vase thing with a facial expression I couldn't walk away from. He will live on my desk and keep watch over my change.

If I told him every time he was in the dog house it would be the only thing we ever talked about. 😄 I find its best to just move forward. I DID get the tree took down today though. I plan on telling him to take MY tree and the decorations upstairs tomorrow morning.

That would clearly violate all that women believe in .................... we are supposed to know when we are in trouble somehow and then have to beg to know why ...................... it's in "the rules".
