I think your case is milder because you like Scotch 🙃

To all that might survive Covid pneumonia and use a B-pap or C-pap best have a good talk with your doctor about using it until completely better. Might just have a blow out and collapse a lung. Pretty sure I know someone that did.

The cola ruined it for her. Only two way to drink bourbon.

Sorry to hear she came down with it too.

I don't think your mask Petri dish theory is correct because I think viruses need to invade a cell to multiply. Bacteria and mold would be more likely in your mask/Petri dish scenario. I hope her vaccine will mitigate the symptoms and I hope you both get the antibody treatment and avoid any long term effects. IMHO we will probably all catch this Omicron virus at some time and fortunately for most it is no worse than a cold. Get better soon. Bob

The mask only keeps you from blowing a loogie on someone. I read the test results that some scientist ran on latex gloves and only 30 percent of the ones they tested were impregnable from a virus. You can't even see a virus without an electron microscope. These virus's that are killing people vary in size from 9 to 12 nanometers. That's about 10 decimal places.

Our son (unvaccinated) got sick. 2 negative home tests. One urgent care negative test, Day 8 got positive test at ER .So technically he only had to quarantine for 2 days. ( 10 days from onset of symptoms). Just impossible to predict how this virus will affect anyone. His wife barely blew her nose.

    That is strange.

I just got a call yesterday from a friend who told me he has it and exposed me to it. He also exposed a bunch of others(who I know) and is calling them too. I am not worried if I get it so be it. I had the original C-19, I have had the 2 shots so if I get it I get it.

It just goes to show that the shots and masks are BS.

Grouch Attack brought a dose of covid home from work. She was somewhat ill for 3-4 days but no worse than a common cold. I was deathly ill for 3 weeks, lost 15 pounds, and still trying to regain my normal level of activity. No rhyme or reason with this germ warfare.
