Being charged cancelled order
I had buyer cancel an order because he couldn't access GunBroker Pay. I'm be charged $40.00 for a sale that did not happen. Who can I contact to rectify? I'm a noob to the GunBroker site.

Buyer couldn't access gb pay, or wouldn't sign up?

Take another form of payment

If he absolutely will not submit another form of payment, go to your Support page and initiate a credit request.
You may or may not want to file a non-paying bidder report on your bidder.
And, you'll need to relist the item. It's all in the Seller Tutorial.

Not knowing any of this I have sold the firearm to a family member locally and it is no longer in my possession. What do I do now?

Not much now. Unless you relist the item, and leave negative feedback for the buyer, you can't get your fee's back. Chalk it up to an inexpensive lesson learned.

It's not about GunbrokerPay. Mr Horse forgot to fill in the Payment Method field.

I think at this point, learn from it and move on.

"Not knowing" isn't much of an excuse, since how to use all the features of Gunbroker auctions is explained in the Buyer Tutorial. The information you asked for was right there the whole time.
What you do now is give the non-paying bidder the NPB report and the feedback he deserves.
I'm sorry this happened to you. Such occurrences are rare, so don't let this experience dissuade you from using Gunbroker in the future.
