    Also I could not understand what caused him to go off the road. That was never explained in the article.

    now I know why in the past I would receiver packages and letters in zop lock glad bags some soaking wet ripped up or tire tracks or just empty boxes with the ends torn off .. but they would have a note like sorry accidents happen we handle XXXXX millions of mail a day so some times it get damaged
